As we start the new year we reflect on the closing of 2022 and review the stats for Saskatoon in the month of December

Inventory continues to be low.

This morning I was at 2 listing appointments and both were in areas that have zero or only one active listing. Yes, December is typically a pretty slow month in real estate but these numbers are down significantly, 31% below average. With this we are seeing the average price rise, approx 5% over last year. If you are considering selling, now might be a good time as buyers continue to have limited options.
