What drives you to do what you do? What motivates you? My kids- I have 5 children that inspire me to show up to the world at my best
Having had the opportunity to work with clients who have had different goals, struggles & desires. I’m motivated to share this same feeling with as many people as I can. The ripple effects in people’s lives reported back to me inspire me to create and grow.

What has surprised you most when owning your own business? How fulfilling it is – The momentum one little shift can stir up is incredible. I wasn’t expecting to create such close friendships in a short period of time.

What was it like when you first started? I launched my business just this past September 2020,I thought I would have time to finish up some backend work as I slowly built a client base.I have been so lucky to have been booked and busy from the beginning.

What is something people don’t know about your business? The vast number of services we provide – From Downsizing & unpacking after a move, helping set up a nursery or new home to decluttering your garage so you can actually park in it!

What would your customers say they love most about doing business with you? Customers love the same thing I love- that they are inspired to carry on with the feeling they have discovered into other areas of their life. Sometimes just clearing out a closet starts the ball rolling to create bigger changes they never dreamed would begin from a small shift in perspective.

What are some odd requests you’ve had from clients? Some odd requests- … a big part of my job is confidentiality as I am working in clients’ homes – quite literally going through their paperwork & their underwear drawers…so = my lips are sealed.

How do you motivate and encourage yourself or staff? I am currently a one-man show -I like the one on one connections I am creating with clients.

Where do you see your business in the next years? Difficult to say If I were to be able to continue down the path I have started, I would feel very fortunate.

What are your greatest challenges? My greatest challenges – great question.Pretty common challenge – trying to find the balance between everything I want to accomplish & provide for my clients while being the Mom I want to be.
I am a former member of the RCMP, former as I never did find the balance between work & home. I struggled to be the mom I wanted to be while working shift work. Learning what I don’t want is what motivates me to create what I do want – which is a rewarding career that can blend into my life as a mom.

What is something most people don’t know about you? That I am a quietly confident introvert- having grown up in the mountains west of Calgary my soul is always there, on the back of a horse.

What do you love most about your town/city? I love the small-town feel of Saskatoon – covid has brought out such creativity & inspiring human spirit. And I am in love with the river of course.

Why do you think it is important for people to support local? Supporting local, supports our local economy & encourages investment back into our community. Teaching our children to shop locally, explaining how this has such an impact on our neighbours is very important.

What are your favorite restaurants? Three Treasures, Leyda\’s Cafe, Gud Eats, Citizen Bakery, The Griffith Takeaway

What are your favorite things to do locally? My favourite local activities with the kids are to go rock climbing, hiking, walking the dog park, anything near the river…
