IN THE BEGINNING
It all started in 2012. This is the year that Rhonda and Crystal were building their dream home, which was nicknamed The Urban Farmhouse (TUF). Rhonda was pregnant with their daughter, due in July. She was also studying to become a real estate professional and working full time in IT at a local corporation. By 2013, the house was complete, all real estate exams were finished and Rhonda left her IT career and become a real estate agent. With her hardworking ability and drive to learn new things, she was a natural.
OPENING THE BROKERAGE
With every new client, the TUF family expanded as new clients soon became good friends. For the first few years, she worked with the best independent real estate brokerages in Saskatoon. all while, learning all of the ins and outs of real estate. The drive to provide exceptional service from her own brand inspired her to study to become a real estate broker. After that, she opened The Urban Farmhouse Realty Inc, an independent real estate brokerage, in 2018.
In the fall of 2022, a new opportunity presented itself. Looking for ways to grow and improve the business for the better of the clients and the family they discovered eXp Realty. It may seem a bit strange to close a company and join another at this point in their growth but actually it was the next logical step. eXp Realty is a publicly traded global company. It supplies its agents with tools and education systems to ensure they can supply cutting edge, best in class service for their clients. It has incentive programs used to encourage growth and collaboration. All of this made the decision to move the real estate business over to eXp Realty a no brainer!

As an agent Rhonda manages all of the clients efficiently, professionally, and with heart. She provides the best service by being responsive, kind, capable, and real. Her clients are home buyers and sellers, acreage lovers, condo dwellers, and recreational property seekers.
In 2020, Rhonda added one more asset to her professional services. She became a mortgage associate. With that added knowledge and service she is able to better serve all clients. Helping first-time homebuyers navigate the process. Or buyers looking to upgrade or downsize. Maybe it’s clients that need to access equity from their homes. She is able to help.
